Biscuit malt is for all kinds of beers with great color and malt flavors, intense and sweet, with enough enzymatic power.
Beers with an intense malt flavor (bread and biscuits) and golden tones. Produces excellent Pilsners, Lagers, Ales.

Store in a dry place with a temperature below 40ºC.
It is very important to properly store the malts if they cannot lose freshness and flavor.
