Microtalco is manufactured with the best mineral, selected and enhanced by grinding and micronization.
The use of natural Microtalco is statistically proven in the virgin olive oil manufacturing sector due to its interest and improvement in the treatment of emulsified pastes.
Due to its high purity properties, it is used especially in the Almazaras Industries, it allows to improve the extraction process in difficult pastes, increasing the industrial yield. It does not alter the organoleptic characteristics at any time as it is an inert mineral product.
Talco is the only authorized and allowed technological aid in the process of obtaining virgin olive oil, since it is a product that has no biological, biochemical or chemical activity.
DOSAGE: It is recommended between 0.2 and 1%. This dose differs significantly according to the characteristics of the pasta. It is very important to make good use of the Microtalco and adjust the measurement at all times. Doses higher than 2% are not recommended, since very high amounts produce the opposite effect to the one that is being pursued (yield losses).
