The machine performs a complete separation of the pulp from the inner core and at the same time grinds the fruit, creating a final product suitable for fermentation, and jams, fruit juices (by performing multiple steps). The possibility of installing sieves with several perforations from 0.6 to 12 mm, allows the use of the machine with multiple types of products and in particular: cherries, plums, apricots, peaches, apples, pomegranates, prickly pear, tomato, aronia. , olives (to extract the pulp).
The loading hopper is equipped with a dosing screw and the internal shaft is equipped with adjustable rubber blades. The discharge of the inedible part (stones, seeds, skin) is carried out in the front part of the machine, while the discharge of the processed product is carried out in the lower part with a DIN 80 fitting for connection with suction pumps.
The disassembly of the machine is very simple: there is both a top cover and the possibility of removing the network through the discharge protection.
The machine can process fruit up to a maximum diameter of 12cm, it is also recommended to use the Delta2 model. Processed fruit must be ripe and soft; If not, we suggest stepping in hot water for 30 minutes before processing.
