TWO POTS BEER ELABORATION EQUIPMENT ON BANKING.

Standard manufacturing with 50 to 400 liter pots. On request we manufacture equipment of greater capacity.

It should be taken into account that the production per cycle of the equipment does not correspond to the total capacity of the pots (approx. 20-25% lower).

VERSION WITH 400 LITER POTS.

Equipment for brewing consisting of two pots with interconnected circuits and controlled by INOX valves. The system has a pump suitable for working with hot liquids. One of the pots is equipped with a double bottom stainless steel grid with 2 mm perforations in its entire surface for filtering the macerate.

The whole assembly mounted on stainless steel bench with wheels to allow its displacement as well as to facilitate the cleaning of the space where it is located.

The elements that compose it are made of stainless steel guaranteeing its durability. Stainless steel is a material that is easy to clean and sanitize, a characteristic that helps reduce unwanted sources of contamination.

Different circuits can be configured by opening / closing the valves. The different distributions are used for the transfer of liquids between pots, to transfer liquids from or to external tanks, functions of sparging (grain washing), whirpooling (centrifuging after cooking to separate the solids from the must), to perform cleaning functions CIP (Clean In Place) or any other requirements of the brewer. See basic operation in MORE DETAILS.
