Properties: Potassium Sorbate is the potassium salt of Sorbic Acid. It contains exactly 74.66% of Sorbic Acid (active product against yeasts)
- Avoid re-fermentation, thus facilitating easier preservation of sweet and dedicated wines.
- Protects the wine from fermentations that are the work of yeasts and molds, in particular the flora in combination with adequate doses of free sulfur.
- Due to its presentation in the form of potassium salt, it is totally soluble.
- Innocuous from the physiological point of view, with the great advantage that it has no influence on the "bouquet" of the wine.
- It has excellent fungistatic properties, inhibiting the proliferation of yeasts.
