It is a white crystalline antioxidant powder that contains grape must in small concentrations. It disappears during fermentation and in the first aerations.
Its main use is to protect the wine from small aerations during bottling but it does not protect from continuous or significant oxidation.
Dissolve the dose with a little wine and add while stirring and without aeration for homogenization.
