Fermentation tanks with flat bottom inclined 5%. The frustoconical tanks have advantages in the production of red wine to facilitate the breakage of the fur hat that is formed in winemaking.

The "hat" does not rise to the top, so the liquid stays on top and soaks it. It is a good option to do delestage. Maceration is more intense. In general, these are small capacity tanks. Advantages: natural pigeage, better extraction of phenolic compounds, minimal heat loss, facilitation of preferential cold maceration, uniform temperature due to a good distribution of the peripheral exchanger, reduction in energy consumption, ease of cleaning, better aesthetics.

Material of construction all in stainless steel 304l, possibility of construction in 316l on request.
