Tanks with a flat sloping bottom 5% very suitable for vinification with skins or skins and storage. Unlike the models with a conical bottom, once the fermentation and devining are finished, the manhole and the sloping bottom up to the door make it easier to extract the skins. They are also equipped with an internal strainer grid for pumping over. Automated self-emptying tanks with propeller and conical bottoms with guillotine doors (hydraulic or pneumatic) can be manufactured on this line.
Optional: adaptation of agitators, inerting, external cleaning tube with internal shower, thermal jackets, clear search... (on request). Construction material all in 304l stainless steel, possibility of construction in 316l on request.
FINISHES: * of the stainless steel plate: polished food-grade interior finish and damask exterior. Body sheet thickness 2mm* TIG welding with inert gas, pickled, passivated, brushed.* Identification and approval: RSPAC 3905561/CAT industry and food product health registration. According to the conformity and the provisions of art.4 5th paragraph of D.L. 01/25/92 num.108 and CEE directive 89/109. Identification plate of manufacture, cubic capacity and identification.

DETAIL *Upper part: Centered 45º conical dome, 400mm diameter centered manhole with gasket, cover, steering wheel and opening system with arm and rotating bolt. Double-acting safety valve (pressure / depression) in 304l stainless steel. *Cylinder: level complete with 304l stainless steel tap, DN15 thread, with D16mm plastic hose, with general capacity calibrated profile. Characteristics and identification plate. Support stairs. Outlet tap application takes samples in stainless steel. DN15 cap. Rectangular lower mouth 430x310 with exterior opening, complete with gasket, closing wheel and bolts. Thermometer holder ½” on the front, another on the back for a probe.
