Semi-automatic capping machine with pneumatic piston as an aid to capping.
Suitable for all kinds of sizes.
Also suitable for MAGNUM bottles.
It accepts plugs with a diameter of up to 37 mm, and a maximum length of 48 mm. It can also be used for the capping of wine bottles with corks of diameter 24 to 28 mm, and 50 mm in length.
The opening below the jaws is 30 mm (maximum neck outside diameter allowed), minimum neck inside diameter 17.5 mm, maximum bottle height 370 mm.
The production of the machine (bot / h) depends on the speed regulation of the pneumatic system and the speed of the operator.
- Sparkling wines approx 300-400 bot / h.
- Wines approx 500-600 bot / h.
The capping machine is supplied with two pushers:
LONG - Used for wine capping.
SHORT - For champagne or champagne.
