Semi-automatic dosing machine: plug flexible doypack bags in a single operation.
Semi-automatic pneumatic dispenser to fill and cover flexible doypack bags (with existing nozzle). To be used with liquid or semi-dense products, it works with a Doselite volumetric dosing pump.
The dosage range is 5 to 260 ml (also available with a dosage range of 20-680 ml or 50-1300 ml). The machine is also capable of filling viscous products that contain particles or soft fibers of suspended product and is also suitable for hot filling (100 ° C).
The capper closes the plastic caps of the doypack bags.
The cover is tightened by a pneumatic motor with torque adjustment. All parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel suitable for contact with food products.
