Mobile unit for the clarification of musts that uses the technique of dynamic separation to quickly separate the grape skins from the must after pressing. Ideal for white and pink musts although it can also be used with vinified red musts.
It performs the same function as the Viamost system.
The difference is that it has a reinforced chassis and the control knobs are more accessible. Its design hides all the parts that do not have to come into contact with the operator when the equipment is in operation.
