This equipment was conceived and performed precisely for the separation of the pulp from the bones.
It consists of an olives reception hopper equipped with a feeder driven by a gearmotor.
The olives arrive at the separation basket where a beater with three sides centrifuges the product so that on one side the boneless paste comes out and on the other side the bones. The cleaner provided makes the screen always clean and free; endless takes the boneless pasta to the blenders.
The perforated basket is built with all kinds of holes which makes it versatile for any type of product such as pâté or berry fruit similar to olives.
The inverter is very important to vary the speed of the revolutions and for the cleaning of the bones.
All the parts that come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and materials for food use.
