THREE POTS BEER ELABORATION EQUIPMENT ON BANKING.

Macerating and cooking equipment consisting of three high quality stainless steel pots with 2 mm walls and 3 mm thick bottom. Mounted on INOX bench with wheels.

All pots are equipped with removable butterfly INOX valves for liquid outlet and analog thermometer for individual control of each pot. INOX mesh internal filters in outlets Easy opening half moon covers.

  • A - 400 liter maceration pot equipped with a removable double bottom stainless steel grid 2 mm thick with 2 mm diameter perforations.
  • B - 400 liter cooking pot equipped with a chimney for the evacuation of vapors that could bring unwanted flavors and aromas to beer.
  • C - Hot water reserve pot for maceration and sparging, capacity of 300 liters.

Hoses, pump and exchanger NOT INCLUDED.

We supply the rest of the essential components to complete the microbrewery: plate exchangers, fermenters, temperature control instruments, tanks, filtration equipment, pumping, isobaric deposits.

Once the fermentation and maturation of beer is finished, InVIA includes in its catalog the equipment involved in the cleaning and sanitizing processes of bottles and barrels, filtration, bottling, (isobaric fillers) capping and labeling.
