It is a dual hops widely used in European beers. Its origin dates back to 1927, in the United Kingdom, when two varieties were mixed to produce it, Bramling and Monitoban, which provide fruit aromas. This hops can be used at any stage of the brewing process, be it to provide bitterness, flavor or aroma due to its medium alpha acid that provides great versatility.

  • Beta Acids: 2-3.5%.
  • Total oils: 0.7-1 mL / 100 g.
  • Use: Aroma / Bitter.
