Cold, it has aromas of black sarsaparilla, peach, pears and notes of tropical fruits. Depending on the type of beer brewed and the time of addition, it provides flavors of grapefruit, gooseberry, citrus and vanilla. It is ideal for dry-hopping, enriching beer with more intense fruity flavors.
