The minimum quantity for the total constitution of the prelayer is the order of 1 kg / m2, and its thickness can reach 4 mm. When the wines are heavily loaded with impurities or it is desired to increase the retention of the finest particles, the cellulose adjuvant is used for its adsorbent power, performing the mixture personally or using sacks that comes with the mixture of diatoms with cellulose.
Once the percapa is formed, the filtration of the wine must be carried out with an adjuvant equal to that used on the last floor of the pre-excavation or with a smaller one. The dose of kielsegur to be added during flooding is usually between 215-100 g / hl.
