Customized industrial equipment composed of:
- Compact de-leafing and washing equipment.

The shredder has a hollow wheel with knives.
The standard grid is 250 mm with perforations of 6.5 mm in diameter. It is equipped with a scraper.
The inverter manages the adjustment of the number of revolutions of the wheel. The helicoidal rotor has a speed variator.
Specific pump for the transfer of the paste to the upper part of the first beater together with a second pump positioned in the lower part that feeds the upper part of the second beater with paste.
A third pump is responsible for feeding the decanter with paste. The beating process is carried out continuously and under a slight depression to avoid oxidation.
Controller of the temperature of the dough.
Oil outlet through the decanter.
The decantation cycle is of two phases; with minimal addition of water and sealed to avoid oxidation.
Easy cleaning equipment
All the parts of the different components that are in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and material that complies with the food regulations.
