1. Control Panel: This is the control panel for the entire system. It is located next to the pressing unit. The connection to the pressing unit and the washing unit is done via a multi-socket plug.
2. Olive Leaf Washing and Separation Unit: The olive leaf washing and separation unit is offered as standard alongside the pressing unit. It consists of a two-tier hopper and a discharge screw. Once the olives are loaded into the upper hopper, they are transferred to the lower hopper using a controlled-speed spiral, while the olive leaves are separated by blowing air with the help of a fan. The lower silo is filled with water, and the olives fall into the water for washing.
3. Pressing Unit: This is the preferred series for small and medium-sized boutique olive oil producers. It allows the creation of a miniaturized olive oil production line in limited spaces, as it operates with auxiliary machines and equipment.
It has the capacity to process 150-200 kg of olive paste per hour. In these machines, the cycloidal transmission system provides more power to the decanter and allows it to operate more quietly. This model also provides a more comfortable working experience by processing the olive paste at different speeds, depending on the type of olive and the harvest time. This is especially useful in production areas without air conditioning.
The standard malaxer heating system increases olive oil production efficiency by allowing the olive paste to be processed at the ideal temperature range (18 - 27 degrees) as needed.
