CANDLE EARTH FILTER ZS-1

Candle filter with diatomaceous earth designed for small batches of special wines in filtering desbástate and clarifying without the need for waste (losses) and exaggerated use of filtering earth as occurs in filters with higher capacities. It has an area of ​​0.3 and 1.4m2 for filtering wine, beer, cider ... with a dispenser and easy internal washing. Recommended product flow 200 and 1,000 liters per hour. The sail filter is mounted on a rigid frame fitted with swivel wheels for easy relocation. It is used in filtration using the alluvial consumable (diatomaceous earth) for vertical filter candles. The filter is equipped with a pump that circulates in the filtration with the dosage of diatomaceous earth in regular doses, which guarantees a continuous performance of the filter candles. For visual inspection there is sight glass of the filtrate inside the filter components, most important of the filter are equipped with a flow sight glass. The filter candle container is constructed with PN10 pressure flanges for easy disassembly.
