Direct cooling unit available in various sizes and capacities. It consists of a refrigeration unit at the top and a heat exchanger at the bottom. It is manufactured on a mobile stainless steel chassis equipped with wheels.
Specially designed for use in the beverage industry as it is suitable for cooling any substance including must, wine, sparkling wine, water, cider, fruit juices and distillates.
The lining of the unit as well as all parts that come into contact with the wine or the substance are made of stainless steel. The ventilation grills are lacquered in black. Thanks to the four wheels, it is easy to move. An external pump is controlled from the cold exchanger panel. These units are very easy to install, clean and maintain and therefore provide the user with maximum flexibility.
It is the economic answer for the production of wine and other beverages in small and medium companies.
