The bottle clarifying machine is a technological advance based on the concept that allows sediment removal completely, even if they are attached to the glass.

Manual removal or other systems do not provide the same level of efficiency.

Designed to respect the traditional way "Méthode Champenoise" is based mainly three operations:

  1. Tilt of the bottle.
  2. Rotation.
  3. Vibration for perfect decantation.

The cycle consists in varying the inclination of the bottles, generating in each grade the rotation and vibration suitable for perfect clarification.

This new concept of elaboration is especially delicate and completely different from other more aggressive and less effective methods.

Bottle loading (admits 120 units) is carried out in a comfortable and simple way thanks to the special supports.

The control panel allows to predetermine the parameters of the cycle to be developed according to the requirements necessary for the removal operation either normative or by reproducing traditional methods.

Programmable automatic rotation. Rotation can be done in both directions 360 ajustable Adjustable rotation speed Depending on the process, the operator can determine the required rotation speed by means of a current variator (1 - 8 rpm)

Vibration adjustable in three parameters: Time (1 - 99 minutes in 1 minute increments)

Frequency (0 - 2800 vibrations per minute) Oscillation amplitude (0.001 ”to 0.012”).

Machine Operation Description

  • Power on the machine
  • Ensure the machine in Auto mod
  • Press home (i.e. 45° ) position pushbutto
  • Load the bottle
  • Press Cycle start push button. Machine detects 0° and Starts Cycle as per PLC program
  • Tower light blinks green while cycle Star
  • Alarm buzzer indicates completion of cycle (90° ) and tower light off
  • To off load bottles, Press Home Position
  • In case of Emergency Pressed and release during Cycle, Cycle will continue from where it was stopped.
