Our OZO-BARRICA-V ozone generator is a device designed and manufactured to ozonize the interior of oak barrels.

Thanks to the ozonation process of the oak barrels, we managed to lengthen the life of the barrels and get completely eliminate the TCA. In addition, we get to oxidize the organic matter that covers the pore of the wood, in this way, we will obtain a pore of the totally open wood, so that all the properties are transferred to the wine.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Probe: Caoutchouc thermoplastic waterproof  suitable for operating submerged in aggressive  liquids. Under request, probe made of tubular plastomers suitable for contact with water. Probe tips in stainless steel AISI 316

- Thermostat: Universal numerical regulator
1 exit and alarm warning. Possibility to select different types of power and the ability to take the reading of the temperature in ° C or ° F.

- Multi-logic electrical control module: Electrical control panel between the temperature regulated on the thermostat and the temperature measured by the probe with the safety system working in humid environments. You can control two belts in standard configuration, on request up to 9 belts.

- Connections and cables: Cables with sheath ideal for working in humid environments; safety connections to avoid connection errors of the cables with the multi-logic control unit.
