Phthalate-free flexible PVC pipe reinforced with a rigid anti-shock PVC spiral and with an internal layer of PU polyester base, manufactured according to the UNE EN ISO 3994 standard.
1. For food use according to European regulations CE 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011. (See declaration of conformity).
2. Inner layer of food grade PU that gives it anti-abrasive characteristics.
3. The tube wall is smooth inside and outside.
4. Good chemical resistance associated with the PU resistance table.
5. The recommended temperature for use is between –20ºC and 80ºC.
Applications
Aspiration and impulsion of liquid foods that require simulant D2 under OM2 conditions, according to regulation 10/2011.
Layers
1 Flexible PVC material, transparent green, food grade and phthalate free.
2 Internal anti-shock rigid PVC spiral reinforcement.
3 Food grade polyurethane inner layer.
