General disinfection and concentrate.

Powerful germicide for contact disinfection of all types of surfaces, tanks, containers, air conditioning units, utensils and small materials in the food industry and in all types of facilities. Also indicated for use in mushroom cultivation.

COMPOSITION

It consists of a synergistic, highly stabilized combination, consisting of 5% glutaraldehyde and 5% specific chain alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, which gives the product a high activity. This is achieved through the simultaneous conjugation of three parameters: the peculiar structure of the quaternary chains, the manufacturing process of the formulation itself and the incorporation of an activation molecule, at a very specific phase of said manufacturing process.

Appearance: Bluish colored liquid.
Pure product pH: 4.0 ± 0.5
pH 0.5%: 7.5 ± 0.5
pH at 1%: 7.5 ± 0.5
pH at 5%: 7.0 ± 0.5
Solubility: Miscible in water in all proportions.

BACTERIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

1- Bactericidal Activity:

It presents bactericidal activity, complying with the UNE-EN 1276 and UNE-EN 13697 standards (bactericidal section), at 20ºC ± 1ºC, for a contact time of 5 minutes, compared to the 4 official strains:

Escherichia Coli (ATCC 10536)
Enterococcus hirae (ATCC 8043)
Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442)
Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538)
On the other hand, field trials have demonstrated its effectiveness,
2% dose, compared to Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes.

2- Fungicidal Activity:

Complies with UNE-EN 1275 and UNE-EN 13697 (fungicide section), at 20 ± 1ºC, for a contact time of 15 minutes, when the test organisms are: Aspergillus niger (ATCC 16404) and Candida albicans (ATCC 10231 ).

3- Sporicidal Activity:

Based on bibliographic data on the activity of its components, at the 5% dose and at temperatures of 50-60ºC, the product would present sporicidal activity, and a contact time of 1 to 2 hours is recommended (1).

4- Virucidal Activity:

Based on bibliographic data on the activity of its components, the product would present virucidal activity against Adenovirus type 2, Herpes simplex, Vaccinia and Asian influenza. (2) Thanks to the presence in its formulation of the highly synergistic combination of active ingredients , Glutaraldehyde and a specific Quaternary Ammonium Compound, both very effective against Influenza A viruses, as demonstrated by the
different articles and scientific publications related in the References section of this technical sheet, the DYBAC ASEPTIL p oduct would be a product of choice to combat Avian Flu, Swine Flu and Influenza A, since all of them are caused by Influenza A virus. . (3 to 14)

TECHNICAL DATA

It is characterized by its great speed of action and its easy removal by simple rinsing with water. Due to its foaming nature, its application in circuits with high turbulence is not recommended.

• Remaining Action

The treated surfaces retain their disinfecting power for several hours: the germs that are deposited on them, after the application of the bactericide, are destroyed.

• Power of penetration

Due to its good surface tension, the product penetrates the smallest interstices, achieving disinfection in those places and corners that are difficult to access, completing, at the same time, the cleaning action of the detergent that has been previously applied.

• Easy removal

It is removed by simple rinsing.

• Non-corrosive

At the usual doses of use, the solutions do not have any corrosive effect.

• Stability

The pure product can be kept for 5 years, stored in the original packaging, in cool and dry places and protected from sunlight.
