Machine designed to extract high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
It has a hopper with speed variator, and optionally with a gear speed change for better crushing depending on the variety of olives to be processed.
The paste passes from the grinder to the mixer, which is equipped with a helical paddle stirrer, specially designed to mix homogeneously.
The mixer is equipped with a heating system controlled by a thermoregulator
with a temperature range of 18ºC to 25ºC.
There are two beaters, one for receiving the paste from the grinder and the other for extraction.
The Decanter is powered by a separate hydraulic motor.
The waste discharge is done through a pump placed under the decanter.
All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or food grade materials.
