Equipped with a large multifunction touch screen (7 inches), it is possible to display the transfer data in progress, to program the volumes to be transferred, as well as to record the various flows made (traceability).
From a simple and intuitive menu, the operator can perform the following operations. Free transfer: no programmed volume, the pump works quickly by showing the flow in l / min, l / h, hl / h.
Filling: a volume of wine is preselected starting at the desired speed, once the target is reached after the deceleration programmed and manageable by the operator, the pump stops at the transferred target value.
Bottling: programming of a filling volume. Order by pressing the remote control.
Trace: programming and memorization of work cycles, pause time, repetitions and inverse time.
Traceability: all operations can be easily saved. The name of the operator, date / time, type of operation, lot number to guarantee the perfect traceability of its operations, mandatory in the D.O.
