Disinfection by contact of surfaces, utensils and deposits.

Product indicated for contact disinfection of surfaces, tanks, containers, utensils and small material in the Food Industry and in all types of facilities.

COMPOSITION

Formulation based on specific chain alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, especially stabilized, which gives the product a high activity.

BACTERIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

• Bactericidal Activity:

It has bactericidal activity, complying with the UNE-EN 1276 standard, under clean test conditions of 20ºC ± 1ºC for a contact time of 5 minutes, compared to the 4 official strains:

• Escherichia Coli (ATCC 10536)
• Enterococcus hirae (ATCC 8043)
• Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442)
• Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538)

• Fungicidal Activity:

Complies with the UNE-EN 1275 Standard, at 20 ± 1ºC, for a contact time of 15 minutes, when the test organism is Candida albicans (ATCC 10231), and for a contact time of 30 minutes, when the test organism is Aspergillus niger (ATCC 16404).

• Algicidal Activity:

Based on bibliographic data on the activity of its components, the product would present, at a dose of 0.01%, algicidal activity, eliminating the growth of algae such as (1) (2):

• Chorella pyrenoidosa (Wisconsuin strain-green)
• Square D algae (Phormidium retzii)
• Lyngbya versicolor (blue-green)
• Black algae (Phormidium inundatum)
