FULL INITIATION KIT OF WINE PREPARATION

In Via has selected a complete pack of machinery ideal for those who want to start in the artisan production of their own wine or those who already produce but need better means.

It can be configured depending on the producer's needs. If you need larger / smaller capacity tanks or press or destemmer with different characteristics (INOX, motorized etc), write to us and we will recalculate the price. If you already have any of the components, we will also recalculate the price only with what is required

The base pack consists of:

• 2 stainless steel 304 tanks, with a capacity of 200 liters, with a steel lid that is always full and flat bottom, with their respective stainless steel outlet valves.
• 1 manual crusher - destemmer lacquered finish, with 700 kg / h production capacity,
• 1 lacquered support stand with hopper
• 1 reinforced plastic tank of 100 liters capacity for the collection of the crushed grapes
• 1 impeller pump for transferring 1200 ltrs / h with inlet and outlet fittings and the necessary hoses for its use
• 1 manual press of 50 kg capacity, with wooden cage, for pressing the grapes once they have been crushed
• 1 Bottle capper or corker
